Brand Ambassadors assist sales and marketing with helping raise brand awareness and increase sales. They complete a variety of tasks ranging from promoting products or services in-store to implementing marketing campaigns
Schedules, organizes, executes and follows up on PAD’S / vendor days / events
Executes on specific requested tasks by Director of Sales & Founders
Attends meetings – in person or conference calls / events when asked
Represents Humble Flower
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Humble Flower Brand Ambassador will be representing Humble Flower with patient appreciation days, vendor days or events. The required number of events per week would be 10 at approximately 2.5 hours per event. Average hours of work per week would be 25 hours. The responsibilities of this include:
Pre plan in territory for needs for PAD’s
Respond to the request or the needs of the Director of Sales for PAD’s
Schedule PAD’S
Execute the PAD
Follow up with Director of Sales, team and the account with results of PAD
OTHER RESPONSIBILITES:
The Humble Flower Brand Ambassador will be doing specific and requested tasks for the company, Director of Sales, and Founders. These tasks could vary with possible work with and ride-a-longs with Account Managers. The Humble Flower Brand Ambassador will be attending team meetings, conference calls and special events when requested.
GENERAL JOB PERFORMANCE STANDARDS:
The Humble Flower Brand Ambassador position will be held to the following key KPI’S:
Overall dollar volume of Humble Flower– the region number is their number
Quotas –
New distribution – where Humble Flower is sold the Brand Ambassador helps to spread that distribution to all types, sizes and brands.
New accounts – opening new accounts for Humble Flower are always a top KPI
Managing budgets – Humble Flower Ambassadors must manage their T&E budget
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in the Cannabis Industry
Experience in Sales
Skills in building relationships
Being organized
Time management
Need maturity to make good decisions while on the road or at an event
Travel – sometimes overnight when needed
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email
Ability to post social media information when needed
PHYSICAL DEMANDS & ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:
Some physical demands in setting up and breaking down PAD displays and tables
Most PAD’s and events are held indoors but some may be outdoor in the afternoon sun or cold conditions depending on the location and time of year.
Some events may be loud, others such as PAD’S may be on the quiet side
