Brand Ambassador

The Brand Ambassador represents the brandwithin the Wholesale channel of the company. This position works directly with SalesAccount Managers within assigned territories to educate consumers and customersabout our brand and product offerings.

Essential Duties& Responsibilities

Communicate regularly and work effectively with assigned Account Sales Manager and MarketingManager on market research and findings

Carryout engagements that will create brand awareness, encourage trials, generatebuzz, and build the brand's fan base, as directed

Demonstratesin-depth knowledge of brand messaging, all product skus, dosage guidelines, andhardware technology.

Seekout areas of opportunity for additional or new services and gather appropriatecontact information

Arriveon time to vendor pop-ups, marketing events and other industry conventions andrepresent the company confidently and professionally.

Providesbrochures, explain product samples and other necessary materials to stores andconsumers

Responsiblefor assembly and tear down of the booth and all associated materials, as wellas for the proper care of all materials

Driveproduct trials among new and infrequent consumers

Proactivelycommunicate product functionality, effectiveness and benefits to stores andconsumers

Bepositive, engaging and confidently answer any product or brand questions orconcerns from stores and consumers

Understandour product portfolio and introduce appropriate product offers to our consumers

Findappropriate ways to introduce our brand to consumers

Bethe face of our brand at events and selected supported (3rd party) events tomaximize product trial and leave attendees with a positive brand experience

Representthe brand in a premium way to ensure a consistent brand image – personalappearance must be clean and neat

Drivea positive and engaging brand image by creating smiles and rapport withconsumers

Cultivateand maintain a positive relationship with all company team members (Sales,Marketing, Operations, Finance, HR, etc.) demonstrating respect, honesty andopen communication

Performother duties as assigned

Qualifications

Mustbe 21 years of age or older

Knowledgeof cannabis industry required - experience in cannabis retail a plus

Strongtime management skills with a focus on execution

Validdriver’s license, clean driving record and reliable source of transportation. Abilityto be placed on company’s insurance policy

ValidNevada Marijuana Agent Card – Production Category or ability to obtain prior tobeginning work with the company

Mustbe able to pass a background check

Abilityto work autonomously or within a team

Proficientwith Excel, Word, and Outlook

Strongorganizational skills and attention to detail

Strongnegotiation skills

Exceptionalwritten and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate across alllevels

This position requires daily business driving /travel workingwith and within wholesale customers’ business locations an assigned marketarea. Must have ability to drive and sit for long periods of time. Thisposition will require a flexible schedule to include evenings and weekends withsome overnight stays required.

EventLogistics:

o Able to drive, set up and teardown of event materials, load and carry boxes up to 30 pounds, and greet andeducate consumers on products.

o Represent the company and itsproducts with high character, integrity and professionalism.

o Maintaina professional and positive working partnership with Client Brand Ambassadorsand Distributors
