Brand Ambassador

The Brand Ambassador role for Northern Oregon (Corvallis to Washington border & ocean to East bordering states):

1) Attending promotional and informational events to increase product knowledge to customers and improve client relationships.

2) Visiting existing and/or lapsed customers to ensure the relationship our relationship is of a high standard, and looking for any possible upsell opportunities

Responsibilities

Execute vendor events and on site promotions

Attend trade shows and special events to market products directly to customers from tent or booth. Events include but are not limited to grand openings of new dispensaries, customer appreciation parties, in store promotions, trade shows, and new product launches

Keep up to date with industry trends, competition and new distribution opportunities.

Develop a strong understanding of our product line and business culture

Represent the company with integrity and professionalism when communicating with customers and business partners

Product sampling and demonstrations

Offer retail support for our business partners

Occasional deliveries using own transport

Getting to know retail staff at dispensaries

Searching for opportunities that could help grow the business

Requirements include:

1-2 years experience working retail, sales, trade shows, promoting products at events or similar experience

Industry knowledge and/or working in the industry preferred

Fun, presentable, personable and outgoing personality is a must

Excellent communication and customer service skills

High School Diploma or equivalent

In-state travel

Part-time (Weekend Availability)

Must have OLCC marijuana handlers permit

Have a smartphone and know how to use GPS.
