Aster Farms is in search of regional Brand Ambassadors in The Bay Area. This person will be an integral part of the Aster Farms team providing sales support, in-store marketing and localized promotional opportunities while learning more about the exciting world of cannabis and brand marketing.
Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain strong working relationships with regional retailers, employees, and budtenders
Thoughtfully represent the brand while interacting with consumers and audience at dispensaries and events
Manage, schedule and execute 2-3 in-store demos per week for Aster Farms at key dispensaries across region, working with store management to meet and exceed expectations
Educate customers about Aster Farms, providing in-depth knowledge about cultivation practices, product assortment and general cannabis information
Lead budtender education training at key dispensaries across region
Provide Budtender and consumer feedback to the team
Merchandise stores to create polished, professional, eye-catching displays for the brand
Monitor competition, popular products and best-selling strains at dispensaries, providing actionable insight to Aster Farms’ Director of Sales after training and demos
Attend events and assist management with set-up, break-down and education
Requirements:
Energetic, engaging and friendly with a passion for education and cannabis
Excellent verbal and professional communication
Previous experience with marketing and promotion
A basic knowledge of cannabinoids and terpenes (ie. sativa, indica, terpenes, etc)
Experience at dispensaries as a consumer
Proven track record of successfully growing relationships
21+,with a driver’s license, clean driving record, access to a car and insurance
Fluent in English
Knowledgeable about Microsoft Word/Excel and Social Media
Compensation:
8-12 hrs per week @ $20/hour.
