Job Duties:

Welcome to the firehose that is the cannabis industry. You can work with a leading figure in the space and help Illinois become the best example of adult use laws yet in the USA. Plus, you get paid to do it.

You’ll be working with agricultural (hemp) and business (adult use) clients and providing Amazon-like customer support and experience. This is a fast paced industry with an attorney that provides very direct assessment of your work product and expects the same type of radical candor as the company’s culture believes it necessary to grow and flourish in the dynamic cannabis industry that blends agriculture, technology and government oversight - and all in cash until federal law catches up with the Illinois.

You need an attention to detail and dedication to the customers that are literally helping the state achieve justice and equity by appropriate regulation of the cannabis plant. But it is not enough to merely be down for the cause, you have to have the talent required to keep up with a gold-rush pace, while learning as you go and updating the procedures and practices based upon any problems that may come up.

Experience: paralegal: 1 year (Required)
