Our Aurora Station (Colfax & Dunkirk) recreational dispensary is looking for an Assistant Store Manager. The Assistant Store Manager assists in the daily operation of the store, ensures excellence in customer service and drives store financial success.

Qualifications

  • Current Colorado Occupational Key MED license
  • 1 year cannabis industry experience
  • 6 months retail management experience
  • Working knowledge of METRC and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to propel sales
  • Ability to maintain retail compliance
  • Experience in managing and developing retail employees
  • Experience driving a positive employee culture
