Assistant Grower

We are looking for a detail oriented Assistant Grower to join our team.

Responsibilities to include but not limited to:

  • Manages all aspects of growing to include planting, pruning, fertilizing, tagging, sand harvesting
  • Document room growth, relocation and plant loss
  • Prepares plants for in-house transfers
  • Manage irrigation needs
  • Train new employees

    • Requirements:

  • MED Badge
  • Experience growing
  • Experience in operating grow equipment
  • Knowledge of marijuana plant anatomy and strains
  • Knowledge of common grow issues such as bug identification (beneficials and parasites) as well as others
  • Ability to accurately weigh and measure
  • 2 or 4 year degree or comparable work experience
  • Trustworthiness
  • Team Player
