Day shift (9-5.30 or 8-4.30) Monday to Friday, plus one Saturday shift every three to four weeks with the prior Monday off.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing samples consisting of a variety of matrices using traditional laboratory technologies such as HPLC and LC/MS/MS
  • Preparing samples for analysis
  • Maintaining and troubleshooting laboratory instrumentation
  • Ensure that all data generated meet quality control requirements
  • Researching new technologies and methodologies to improve laboratory processes and techniques
  • Report to the chemistry team leader
  • Work with the laboratory team to meet reporting deadlines
  • Consumables ordering, sample storage and disposal, cleaning and similar lab processes

    • Experience:

  • HPLC: 2 years (Preferred)
  • GCMS: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Analytical Chemistry: 2 years (Required)
  • ICPMS: 2 years (Preferred)

    • Education: Bachelor's (Required)

    Location: Gainesville, FL (Preferred)
