  • DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    Executive Administration Support-

  • Provide flexible administrative support to enhance productivity and exceed business needs.
  • Responsible for calendar management, travel planning, professional and personal support, and coordination of meetings.
  • Responsible for typing, filing, and computer operations for various departments, as requested.
  • Provide administrative support with faxes, copies, mailing, file organization, and preparation.
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately and using good judgement.
  • Administrative management and support to include screening and directing phone call, office supply ordering, overall organization and management of reception office and surrounding areas.
  • Assist with preparations for audits and inspections from the State of AZ and DHS, as needed.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities.
  • Any other office administrative or related tasks as requested by management.
  • Accounting Support-

  • Provide overall support and assistance as requested by the Controller and Accounting team.
  • Assist in data entry of records and ensure that they are properly, timely, and accurately completed.
  • QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience with administrative assistant duties.
  • Basic bookkeeping skills.
  • Proficiency using MS Office applications.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Superior customer service skills and phone etiquette.
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Work collectively and respectfully with other team members.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage high stress situations and to be flexible and adaptable when a situation requires it.
  • Must have the ability to push, pull, or lift a minimum of 20 pounds.
  • Throughout extended periods, must be capable of sitting, squatting, standing, kneeling, bending, or walking throughout the work day. Must be capable of sitting in front of a computer for extended periods of time.
  • At least 21 years of age and authorized to work in the US.
  • Proper employment documentation.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
  • If necessary, ability to work 7 days per week and to be flexible with schedule.
  • Environmental Requirements and Exposure, depending on work location:
  • Exposure to fertilizer, dusts, odors, high heat, low temperature, high and low humidity, high noise levels, vibrations, water, dry salts, allergens, pollen, dust, plant pathogens, other volatile organic compounds, and other environmental variables.
  • EDUCATION

    Minimum High School or G.E.D equivalent is required. *The above requirements describe the general nature and level of work only.
