Administrative and Compliance Assistant

We are looking for an Administrative Compliance Specialist to provide strong office and compliance oversight to our production team while also ensuring all receivables are properly recorded and tracked within the internal software systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative duties regarding inventory receiving, production logging, and batch reporting
  • Interface with compliance and financial counterparts in the corporate office
  • Maintain highly organized recordkeeping
  • Support the operations and technical teams on site
  • Key Competencies/Experience:
  • Self-starter able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
  • A proactive planner who anticipates needs and prepares in advance
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Functional expert willing to collaborate and be a strong team player
  • Comfortable and adept at working with a variety of employees at different levels
  • Education/Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role
  • Computer savvy with the ability to learn new programs quickly
