Account Executive

AcornCBD is looking for a B2B Seller who is responsible for the implementation of sales strategies and relationships with key strategic customers.

The Account Executive (AE) is responsible for meeting client acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

Responsibilities:SALES:

  • Drive sales revenue and market share by managing a defined territory to achieve quota
  • Build and manage a “funnel” of sales opportunities to ensure that annual quotas are met or exceeded
  • Prospect new clients within a specified territory, present and sell the brands we represent
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and deliver the highest levels of customer service
  • Prepare proposals and presentations and give product demonstrations
  • Maintain records of all account activity within our database
  • Maintain contact lists for each account
  • Serve as the first line of contact with clients
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of topical and other cannabis products in the competitive landscape
  • CUSTOMER SERVICE:

  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Resolve client complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media
  • Assist with placement of orders, refunds, returns, or exchanges
  • Inform clients of deals and promotions
  • Clarify and resolve client product or service problems
  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or 2+ years of success in a B2B sales with a history of exceeding monthly forecasted KPI's.
  • 2+ years of experience in the Cannabis or Hemp CBD industry.
  • Highly organized self-starter with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing environment; no challenge is too big, and no task is too small.
  • Proven experience managing successful business relations with key accounts.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as cross-functionally, to accomplish required goals.
  • Computer proficient — word, excel, outlook, etc.

    This position requires substantial driving. This position may require long periods of standing and talking. This position requires extended use of a computer. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
