Hello and welcome to theeonus.com. My name is Ron Sass. I have a variety of business experiences which include 20 years in accounting, tax, and business consulting, as well as another 10 years as an IRS Revenue Agent and Sr. Policy Analyst. In addition, I also owned a variety of small business entities (i.e., a bookkeeping/payroll company, residential cleaning service, retail photofinishing, liquor store, and restaurant). I established THEEONUS, LLC to help people manage risk and uncertainty.
Why Theeonus?
While advising my CPA clients or enforcing IRS taxpayer compliance, I found myself repeating the same mantra: "the onus is on you," thus the name Theeonus.

Philosophy
I believe that the feeling of control breeds contentment and is a great motivational driver for making the best decisions. In my experience a quality team helps make the difference. Each team member should share your core principles, meet their commitments and complete assigned tasks and responsibilities for you to excel and overcome challenges.
