TetraLabs was founded in 2008 as a part-time research project to develop an ultra-pure medical-cannabis concentrate containing only natural cannabinoids. Those involved never intended the project to become a business. But after successfully making small amounts of ultra-pure cannabinoids, patients found out about us and asked for more. It was invigorating to hear such a positive response, so we began working full-time on the project. Subsequently, we established the TetraLabs Collective, and focused on meeting patient requests for safe, effective, ultra-pure medical cannabis products.
MissionThe TetraLabs mission is to research and develop pharmaceutical-grade medical-cannabis products for patients with serious illnesses who require the safest and most dependable medicine available.
AvailabilityIf you have a medical condition for which a medical doctor has recommended medical cannabis, you may join the TetraLabs Collective. Any California medical-cannabis patient can purchase them from participating collective dispensaries. Patients who are not California medical-cannabis patients may order CBD-only products anywhere in the U.S., but may not order products containing THC.
GoldReliefThe TetraLabs GoldRelief program donates medication to qualifying patients and hospices that do not have the resources to purchase medication. The GoldRelief roster is usually full, but—as TetraLabs grows—we add more GoldRelief patients. We accept applications in advance for those new openings. GoldRelief
Customer ServiceWe take customer service seriously. If you have questions about TetraLabs products, call or email us. We answer the phone immediately, and return emails within one day. We will answer your questions, assist you in obtaining the appropriate products, or help you join our collective.
We want to hear from you about your needs and how TetraLabs products meet them. TetraLabs products are available at participating locations in California and Washington. We hope to make our products available directly to patients and in other states in the future.
