We apply our deep operating experience in scaling sales and marketing on a weekly basis in our investee companies, delivering real work for major strategic efforts. We run the fund raise process and many times are the lead investor. This gives our founders time back – as much as 50% of their time, something virtually impossible to create, to do the most important thing: get Traction.

We are aligned with the Founders because we earn sweat equity for our efforts, usually in the range from low single to low double digit % of the fully diluted equity of the company.
