Spec Group Operations Division, has been under new ownership since 2011 but was originally established in 2009 by a group of passionate and skilled individuals. Our staff consists of retired, honorably separated, and disabled veterans from the US Military and Special Operation Forces of differing specialties. We also have staff with backgrounds in state and federal law enforcement who have a variety of experience ranging from undercover assignments, surveillance, covert operations, special operations, tactical operations, emergency operations planning and management, major criminal investigations, major to minor internal affairs investigations, major traffic accident investigations, case management and preparation, counter intelligence and anti-terrorism, nuclear facility protection, threat assessments, and security consulting for the medical industry.

Aided by our professional staff, we now offer a wide range of services which include private investigations, risk management applications in security, threat assessments, civil and criminal investigations, along with pre-employment background checks, embezzlement and fraud investigations, and internal affairs investigations for large and small businesses.

Spec Group is also proud to say we are now qualified as a “Small Disabled Veteran Owned Enterprise” and registered as such with the Veteran Administration. We are currently working toward several other certifications with both the state and federal governments which will provide more employment and training opportunities for us and subsequently create more careers for our students and better opportunities to hire within.
