To qualify for medicinal marijuana in NY, you must be diagnosed with one of the following conditions:

• Chronic Pain
• PTSD
• Neuropathy
• Multiple Sclerosis (MS)
• Cancer
• HIV/AIDS
• Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS)
• Parkinson’s Disease
• Spinal Cord Inury
• Epilepsy
• Crohn’s Disease (IBD)
• Ulcerative Colitis (IBD)
• Huntington’s Disease

Patients must also have one of the following associated symptoms:

• Severe or Chronic Pain
• Severe Nausea
• Seizures
• Cachexia or Wasting Syndrome (weight loss)
• Severe or Persistent Muscle Spasms
