Siskiyou Sungrown

Siskiyou Sungrown was founded in 2014, but our story goes back much further. For Cedar and Madrone Grey, what began as a long-standing appreciation for the healing power of cannabis became a personal quest to help a family member with a critical health issue many years ago.

The Greys committed to organic farming principles and non-toxic extraction methods in pursuit of the most pure cannabis product possible: high-quality decarboxylated, whole-plant, ethanol-extracted cannabis oil.

Originally operating under the legal medical cannabis channels (OMMP), selling directly to medical dispensaries, Cedar and Madrone built their business one customer at a time, personally making, selling, and distributing their special cannabis oil for medically-approved patients. When recreational use was implemented in 2016, Siskiyou Sungrown, now a thriving enterprise with a dozen employees and two separate grow sites, added OLCC-licensed dispensaries to their customer base.

Today, Siskiyou Sungrown is the standard-bearer for quality cannabis products. A team of cannabis committed professionals, utilizing degrees in biochemistry, soil science, engineering, health science, and geology, along with advanced study in entomology and permaculture, oversees the farming of our estate-grown plant materials. More than 20 employees and contractors work together to grow, process, sell, and deliver Siskiyou Sungrown products to dispensaries around the state.
