Kieran represented me for over three years through two lawsuits and counter lawsuits with a hostile board of directors. I consider myself very fortunate to have been represented by Kieran given the board hired a small army. Throughout it all, Kieran helped execute a legal strategy to build our claims with the evidence necessary for us to reach a successful settlement. With his top-notch legal skills and good judgement, the company, employees and shareholders came to a better place. Kieran was consistently responsive, helped us focus where it counted, wrote compelling claims and was a pleasure to work with.
BACKGROUND
Kieran graduated magna cum laude from NYU Law School, where he served as Executive Editor of the NYU Law Review.
Immediately after law school, he served as law clerk to the Honorable Pasco M. Bowman of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
He practiced with several commercial law firms, including nearly fifteen years at Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP, which the Wall Street Journal has called a “national litigation powerhouse,” and where Kieran was a partner until January 2016.
Kieran is admitted to practice before the California Supreme Court, all the federal district courts in California (the Northern, Central, Southern, and Eastern Districts of California), the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, the United States Tax Court, and the United States Supreme Court.
