Alex Bibikau, MD (Founder) - is a physician certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine who has over 15 years of clinical experience of providing care to patients with various ailments in both inpatient and outpatient setting. After completing his residency training at Yale-New Haven Hospital, Dr. Bibikau continued to work there as an Attending Physician caring for severely ill patients and received multiple honors & commendations for his work, including "For demonstration of exceptional ability in humanistic qualities and professionalism", "For exemplifying good patient care and compassion", "For responsiveness to patients in an outstanding manner". With an emphasis and a personal passion for Medical Cannabis Treatment, Longevity, and Preventive Medicine, Dr. Bibikau founded REN Health.

As an activist and a member of Americans for Safe Access, Dr. Bibikau participated in the International Conference on Medical Cannabis held in Washington, DC in March 2016, where he contributed to finalizing “Cannabis and Cannabis Resin: Critical Review Preparation Document” for the United Nations.

Dr. Bibikau takes the time to educate patients and caregivers about the benefits & risks of medical cannabis, and provides follow-up care for all of his patients. Among Dr. Bibikau's professional goals is establishing an open, trusting, and long lasting relationship with every individual patient.

Aleks Petrova (Founder) - is the Practice Manager who is responsible for the direction and implementation of all day-to-day office operations and for the accommodation of the needs of our patients. Aleks graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Connecticut College. She brings over ten years of experience in health care, management, finance, and client relations.

During her tenure at former positions, Aleks has garnered multiple awards and accolades for outstanding performances, including “Simply Exceptional” award from Flight Centre North America; “Best in Service” award from Bank of America.

Joining REN Health and working in health care was a deliberate and very personal decision for Aleks. She believes it is imperative to transform organizational approaches and the process of health care to the one where treatment is truly personalized and patient-centered. Aleks encourages all patients to be proactive, ask questions, and to make informed decisions when it comes to their own health and well-being.
