The primary mission of the Arizona Medical Marijuana Certification Center (AZMMCC) is to provide the certification necessary for qualified patients to obtain Medical Marijuana under the State of Arizona Medical Marijuana Laws. We are the source for Marijuana Certifications.

Patients who qualify for their Medical Marijuana Card with the Arizona Medical Marijuana Act after doctor review will receive a signed State Certification Form, Patient Attestation Form, Photo Taken and their Az Drivers Licence copied in the correct format to upload the application to the State of Arizona. Your Arizona Medical Marijuana Card will be mailed to you within 10 to 14 days of submitting your application to the State.
