In our studies of cannabis, we have sought out as many different phenotypes and genotypes as possible to better understand the range of possibilities. But after examining the hundreds of plants and seeds collected across continents and generations, we found that most of the cannabis in existence exhibit very similar characteristics. We coveted the plants that stood out; the cultivars that showed different terpenes and characteristics, speaking to the part of the cannabis experience not yet available to consumers.
