Pioneer Packaging was started in 1946 by Gordon Shinners with the philosophy of being able to provide fast turnaround service and a quality product. He felt a strong need for an independent family owned company to provide these services.

Today, over 70 years later, Jeff and Jill Shinners, second and third generation respectively, lead this family owned company. Pioneer offers a new modern 96,000 square foot facility with all of the most efficient equipment on the market.

Our vision is to optimize the elements of every package assuring our customer that they are getting the best design, service, innovation, and responsiveness for every package and order.
