CERTIFICATES OF ANALYSIS

PhytaLab has the instrumentation, staff and procedures necessary to provide quality control and quality assurance for herbal products. We also comply with the scope of tests that Washington State requires for quality control of Cannabis and associated products. With each analysis, we supply written third-party assurance of the conformity of your product. We issue a report based on FDA guidelines for describing botanical medicines, a complete description of your product including the appearance, physical properties, foreign materials inspection and quantitative values on the potency of the product. Potency is expressed simply in a percent proportional to weight for flower (% g/g) or specific milligrams (i.e mg/ml) of associated products.

TESTING

PhytaLab chemical tests have been legitimized and proven, based on Bioanalytical Method Validation for accuracy and precision. Dr. Sexton helped to “write the book” on analytical testing for Cannabis, the American Herbal Pharmacopoeia Cannabis Monograph. Dr. Sexton has a decade of experience in the validation of methodologies for plant analysis, including quantification of active ingredients in Echinacea, Schisandra and Cannabis. Ms. Maloney was involved in the study of potentially toxic compounds in Chaparral (Larrea tridentata), a plant used by Native Americans to treat many maladies.

At PhytaLab, we have the edge on the most efficient and innovative analytical platforms for accurate and rapid results. We insure inter- and intra-day precision to insure that our results are reproducible and our methods are documented and referenced.
