At Pharm To Table, we are committed to providing safe, effective, and locally sourced products to our dispensary patients and customers. We strive to challenge the stigmas surrounding this industry by providing exceptional service furthered by a transparency of practices and a desire to educate not only our customers, but the community in which we live. 

We are optimistic about the recent upswing of attention in scientific and political spheres concerning the benefits of medical and recreational marijuana, and we work hard to ensure that all patients and customers seeking access to cannabis leave our facility with all their questions answered, and feeling at ease with their chosen products. 

We are an OLCC licensed recreational retailer. Our licensed cannabis dispensary is located at 3528 S Pacific Hwy in Medford, OR and serves Jackson County and Southern Oregon, including Ashland and the surrounding area.
