Our Story & Who We Are

​​OC Comprehensive Care is a Corporation wherein its C.E.O/President is Mark S. Wagner, M.D. It was established in 2011 and is situated in 515 Cabrillo Park Drive Suite 120 Santa Ana, CA 92701 with Telephone Number 714-558-8038 and Fax Number 714-558-6033.

We have a total of seven (7) employees, two (2) full-time Doctors, one (1) Operations/Office Manager, three (3) Administrative Medical Assistants, and one (1) volunteer dedicated to provide you with nothing but first class service.Dr. Wagner has all the rights, privileges, and authority as prescribed by State of California Department of Public Health in operating the business with its fictitious names such as The Medical Care Center, Open Care Medical Center, One Care Medical Center, OC Comprehensive Care, OC Comprehensive Care Clinic, and OC Comprehensive Care Center.

OC Comprehensive Care does not limit its offering of services or programs to various Medical needs of the community in Orange County; it, likewise serves patients mostly from California and outside of California, U.S.A. The number of patients visited, seen, consulted, evaluated, and treated ranges from thirty five (35) to seventy (70) per day with different Medical concerns. It operates six (6) times per week.

​Your Medical Visit Satisfaction is our pivotal concern and important to us. In OC Comprehensive Care (OCCC) it is always a win-win result between the Patients and Doctors. ‘Patients visit the clinic OC Comprehensive Care Staff for medical consultation and treatment. 

On the other hand, Doctors formulate, plan, and implement Health and Wellness Programs that cater to Patients needs and desires. Medical and Scientific Studies discovered that patients who are very active and committed to Clinic Visits do better, recover, and improve fast. Visiting OC Comprehensive Care is simple and stress free. No insurance hassles or headaches to think about and zero pre-authorization problems. OCCC does not take insurance which means that it deals and works directly with Patients and NOT with Insurance companies.

We are HIPAA compliant! Respecting your privacy and keeping your medical records secure and intact is always our concern, and will always be upheld and observed in serving you. The Doctors in OCCC take as much time as necessary to assess your needs and provide you with medical advice with recommended treatment. They are most willing and eager to answer your medical concerns.

You absolutely need not to be nervous! OC Comprehensive Care offers and provides various Medical Programs and Services that cater to the needs of its Patients.These services or programs are all in-house offerings. However, if Patients request home service specifically for PICC Line Insertion, such can be done through prior arrangements or appointments for at least two (2) weeks to schedule the availability of the Registered Nurse (RN) and the machine.It is important to mention that in OC Comprehensive Care, if the Patients have more than one Medical Concern, such will be billed separately. 

In OC Comprehensive Care, Doctors accommodate Minor Patients with Medical issues provided that they are with their parent or legal guardian to sign necessary medical or internal office forms during their visits.Also, Parent or Legal Guardian should be with the minor during the consultation and they can ask questions in behalf of the minor patient.
