Newstrike is a publicly traded company (TSX:V-HIP) and the owner of Up Cannabis Inc. Up Cannabis Inc. is licensed to both cultivate and sell cannabis in all acceptable forms including dried and fresh marijuana. Newstrike is currently headquartered in Ontario with offices in Toronto and Oakville.

Newstrike owns licensed production facilities in both Brantford and Niagara Ontario.

The primary facility, located in Brantford, Ontario, has an annual capacity of approximately 2,500 kg of cannabis.

The automated 200,000 sq. ft. Niagara Facility, located in the town of Lincoln, is currently undergoing a two-phase retrofit with the construction of expanded growing and processing space expected to be complete before the end of 2018. Current production capacity of 12,500 kg of cannabis will rise to approximately 25,000 kg upon completion of Phase II scheduled for early 2019.
