The firm was started to fight injustice embedded within our legal system and to provide representation to those of us that need it. One of the areas where injustice and legal confusion has grown over the last few years relates to the legalization of medical marijuana in California. As so few attorneys and judges understand the complications related to cannabis, we have taken on the challenge to protect patients, to educate the public as well as the Courts, and to make sure that every medical marijuana patient has safe access to the cannabis they need.
