Law Office of Daniel Dellafosse

Daniel Dellafosse is a bay area native. He provides business and corporate legal services to startups, small to mid-size businesses, and equity applicants in the California cannabis industry. His corporate practice area focuses on corporate governance for cannabis businesses. His practice promotes access to legal services by representing equity applicants and modest means clients.

In addition to his practice, Daniel is a founder and executive member for the Cannabis Law Section at the Alameda County Bar Association. He is also the secretary for the Real Estate Law Section at the Alameda County Bar Association.

During law school, he was a judicial extern to the Honorable Chief Justice Tani Cantil-Sakauye of the Supreme Court of California. His experience with the Chief Justice was the highlight of his law school career. He also served as a comments editor for Volume 50 of the University of San Francisco Law Review. The University of San Francisco Law Review published his comment titled, "Drone Regulation: Will it Fly?" in Volume 50, Issue 3.

Daniel enjoys cooking, fishing, and golfing. However, most of his time is spent with his family.
