The Keystone Cannabis Coalition is a non-profit 501(C) 4 corporation. Our goal is to advance cannabis and hemp reform in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as quickly as possible.

Keystone Cannabis Coalition was on the front lines right in the movement that led to both the legalization industrial hemp and medical cannabis in Pennsylvania. Despite many saying it was impossible – we WON!

KCC is working toward the full legalization of cannabis in Pennsylvania in a step by step process. The next attainable victory is statewide decriminalization of cannabis and the battle is on RIGHT NOW! This is our number one goal as we work to fully legalize cannabis in the state with a model that includes home grows.

Our work is made possible by the generous support of donors and activists. The work we’ve done and what we have achieved so far has been remarkable. We’ve hosted numerous rallies and events across the state, kept media attention on the issues of cannabis and hemp reform all year round for the last three years and were able to help catapult the issues into the highest realms of political consideration in addition to successfully lobbying to get legislation introduced into both the Senate and House, legislation which we have passed.
