Attorney Brian Joslyn, the law firm’s founder, takes pride in representing a wide variety of clients including business professionals, students, out-of-state visitors, and stay at home parents. The team is also made up of attorney Ryan Shafer who is a former Franklin County Public Defender and has devoted his focus to DUI offenses along with attorney Marck Wieczorek, a former assistant prosecutor in Hamilton County.

The team of attorneys use their extensive knowledge of the law to educate clients about the charges against them to minimize any stress or confusion that comes with arrest. Additionally, they are able to cater to their client’s needs by providing them with the utmost attention and open communication throughout the entire process.

Attorney Brian Joslyn chose to pursue a career in criminal justice after falling victim to police brutality himself, giving him additional insight into the situations faced by clients. Ever since then, he has dedicated himself to protecting the rights of those facing criminal charges and providing them with justice. He attended Franklin University where he received three degrees in business administration, finance and marketing. Brian then went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law where he gained recognition for his academic achievement.
