Jennifer McGrath Cannabis Law

Jennifer McGrath has over twenty years of government law experience.  After serving as the City Attorney of Huntington Beach for 12 years, Ms. McGrath has embraced the opportunity to bring her skill set to assist cannabis businesses throughout the state to establish themselves consistent with California state and local law, including licensing, development agreements, building permits, zoning, land use, leases, regulatory compliance, voter initiatives, advocacy, business, litigation and administrative hearings.

That same skill set allows Ms. McGrath to assist Cities and Counties with marijuana policy issues and in the drafting of business regulations and zoning laws to address the individual needs of their community considering the California State regulation of both adult use and medical marijuana.
