Herzog & Carp

Harry Herzog and David Carp worked at different firms but had known each other professionally and personally for fifteen years. Throughout their friendship, each respected the other's intelligence, work ethic and results.

Finally in 2002, the stars aligned and they decided to combine their talents and go into business together. Deciding to become partners was easy, the hard part was choosing whose name would appear first on the firm's letterhead.

Both men are competitive, so it was quickly determined that there was only one fair way to resolve this issue - a tennis match. Though it was a heated contest, Harry narrowly edged out David and as a result Herzog & Carp was born.
