Steve Groff grew up the son of a dairy farmer in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Being raised on a farm taught Steve many valuable lessons at a young age that he continues to carry with him throughout his life. The farm became his roots.
As a teenager, Steve left the farm for college and pursued a career in medicine. He completed his Orthopedic Surgery Residency at Penn State in 1996 and served as Assistant Clinical Professor in 1997. He led the development of OSS Health, a leading physician-owned musculoskeletal health system. Following a life changing bicycle accident in 2011, Dr. Groff and his wife Julie founded Wyndridge Farm which has been established as a prominent Mid-Atlantic destination providing a full line of craft beverages, lodging and an award-winning restaurant.
