Greenspace

Greenspace was created in 2014 to provide the cannabis industry with a nationwide cannabis friendly landlord and real estate lender. To date Greenspace has made investments in 25 properties which are 100% occupied by 20 unique cannabis tenants and borrowers.

Before forming Greenspace the three Principals of Greenspace were employed as real estate investment professionals for various institutional and private equity groups, including JP Morgan, and Hines Interests. The Greenspace team has a collective 60+ years and $3+ billion of real estate investment experience.
