Security
Backups and Reliability - Backup procedures ensure applications, servers, client data, and even source code is backed up on a regular basis. Copies of all backups are stored offsite with the assistance of a secured partner.

Production Facility Security - Our primary data center is housed in a secure co-location facility in Atlanta, GA. All access to the facility requires prior authorization and is secured with biometric access controls. The facility is under constant monitoring and surveillance 24/7, 365 days a year.

Business Continuity - ETS Payroll has extensive redundancy built into our systems to handle disaster recovery scenarios. Our secondary data center is in place, which is fully redundant and ready to go with a flip of a switch,

Network Security - Network traffic is monitored by our enterprise level Cisco firewall along with additional managed firewall services. Remote Desktop Gateway is used to access the network and we actively monitor network traffic with intrusion detection systems to prevent unauthorized access. Our applications are Transport Layer Secured (TLS) with 128-bit encryption.
