Medical marijuana evaluations average 30-60 minutes and ECC recommends you bring a copy of any medical records and/or prescription list. You will also need a valid Oklahoma divers license or state id. ECC is taking appointments or walk-ins. This can be done on our Facebook or Instagram page, or by calling or stopping by our office. Elevated Care Clinic will be offering a discount for renewals on returning patients. New patient visits are $150 and new patient visits with OMMA portal submission and photo are $200.
