All of our Qualified Physicians are licensed and in good standing with the Medical Board of Florida. Physical examination is performed and medical history is reviewed by the Qualified Physician. The medical marijuana recommendation is at the discretion of the physician and is based on at least one qualifying medical condition. If approved, the patient is entered into the Medical Marijuana Use Registry the same day.
