Gomez Neurology strives to ensure that every patient has access to the best possible treatments and medications, because the patient’s complete wellbeing is of highest concern.

Dr. Gomez believes that a neurologist’s duty is to diagnose and treat, to the utmost of their abilities, the symptoms or illness that the patient may have. “But the physician also needs to do it with care and compassion,” furthers Dr. Gomez. “Neurological diseases like migraine and multiple sclerosis affect people in unique ways. I try to keep this in mind as I work with patients in returning them to the best possible functional state.”

A Board Certified Neurologist, Dr Gomez treats all neurological conditions, yet he has a special emphasis on Multiple Sclerosis and Migraine.

Dr. Gomez is also one of a hand-full of physicians in the Capital Region who is certified by the state of New York to certify Medical Marijuana. He is also certified to prescribe Suboxone.

Gomez Neurology is certified by the consortium of Multiple Sclerosis Centers and Dr Gomez is a fellow of the American Headache Association.
