Lorraine grew up in Sao Paulo, Brazil, returning to the United States for college in the mid ’60s, majoring in sociology and community development. After a short stint in the Peace Corps, she and her husband joined the “Back to the Land” movement, developing a homestead on 40 acres of cow pasture in northern NH. During those years, she became interested in medicinal plants, raising and selling organic herbs. The ensuing years included time as a teacher and administrator both in the high school system, University and in Emergency Medicine for community First Responders. A serious incident of environmental poisoning lead her back to her organic and herbal medicine roots. Focused study of the benefits of medical marijuana has lead to a keen interest in assisting others to access this important medicine.
Lacey Brown, Practice Manager
Originally from North Tonawanda, NY, Lacey made it to Florida in 2008 as quick as she could! She developed a love of medicine and went to nursing school, but decided against it, to work full time at a doctor’s office, a hospital OR and a surgery center, specializing in scheduling, billing and medical coding for 10 years. We are grateful to have her expertise in patient care and she has become Dr. Bob’s right hand woman! Lacey has an interest in cannabis as a healing plant and a passion for helping patients find an alternative to opiate usage after seeing so many lives ruined.
