Richard L. Stockman – CEO – began his insurance career as underwriting trainee for Enterprise Insurance Company in Los Angeles.  During his tenure in the industry he worked for several insurance companies managing large commercial insurance programs. 

Ten years later he finished his insurance company career as Workers Compensation Underwriting Manager for  AIG.    With his expertise in the workers compensation arena he moved into commercial insurance production with regional insurance brokerages.  He settled into a great employer and opportunity where he worked 19 years as a commercial insurance broker. 

With greater ambitions he purchased his book of business from his employer and merged operations with his wife Diane to form DLS Insurance Services.  While serving some clients over 20 years – all of his client chose to move their business to DLS.  With thanks and gratitude to those clients – we have an account retention of 100%
