MICHELLE SPRAWLS / LAB DIRECTOR

Michelle joined the Culta team in April of 2018 as an extraction engineer. Here at Culta, her techniques have flourished and she is known in the Maryland market for exceptional butane extracts. She now runs an all-female managed lab team at our Cambridge, Maryland processing facility. We are lucky to have such a talented extraction specialist who is truly passionate about the industry.
JAY BOUTON / CULTIVATION MANAGER

Jay joined the team at Culta in April of 2018 as our Cultivation Manager. Culta has given him a chance to utilize cutting edge technology to aid in the continuous learning of the cannabis plant. Here he is able to perfect the art and science of growing high quality cannabis for patients in the Maryland Market. Jay’s passion for the industry shows in the flowers he cultivates.

A calculated man of action with a deep industry understanding, Matt Bickel has been an instrumental leader in fueling the industry-wide cultivation transition through simple, efficient, and compliant procedures using organic hydroponic traditional growing methods. That’s one reason why Matt transitioned from a sole focus on cultivating to a broader focus on best practices in the cannabis industry.
