CORE

CORE is a non-profit organization that represents licensed I-502 cannabis retailers in Washington State. Our organization was founded in 2015 with the goals of creating a unified voice that advocates for a safe, effective, and healthy retail environment in an economically sustainable and well-regulated marijuana industry. We work with our regulatory body (WSLCB), the State legislature, and local governments to advocate for our membership on retailer-specific issues.

As a coalition of retailers, we often partner with other groups on matters that affect the entire cannabis space and look for ways to showcase how our legislature, regulatory bodies, and business community shape this nascent industry.

We envision Washington State as a potentially popular destination for marijuana tourism and ultimately a large exporter of craft cannabis. CORE believes that, by providing a strong vision and a united message, we can establish Washington State as a leader in a safe and successful cannabis market nationwide.
