Clear Cannabis, Inc. is a distribution and infrastructure company which licenses intellectual property rights to partners businesses operating in the state-legal marijuana industry. Partner licensees manufacture, market and distribute cannabis products under The Clear^TM brand. Clear Cannabis, Inc. was created by consolidating five cannabis-related companies and The Clear^TM intellectual property assets. Including: The Clear^TM Concentrates, Subtle Escape, Subtle Relief, Cannabis Industry Institute, 5156 Systems. The new venture has recently received an investment bank evaluation of $61 million as a standalone company. Clear Cannabis, Inc has the infrastructure to take an aggressive growth and acquisition stance in the cannabis market to bring the brand to new level as a world-class organization.

 CCI provides ancillary products and infrastructure services to the cannabis industry. CCI licenses its intellectual property rights to Partner Licensees, who manufacture and distribute products containing THC.

CCI is not directly involved in the manufacture, sale or distribution of products containing THC.

The Clear™ product suite represents a series of proprietary formulations used in connection with the manufacturing of marijuana and hemp-based CBD products. Created in 2013, The Clear™ represents a proprietary method of cannabis separation and purification which improves the consumption experience. The Clear™ concentrates are flavored using one of seventeen (17) signature flavors, which are produced in Denver, Colorado and supplied to our Partner Licensees.
