We were formed via a management buyout in December 2003 and achieved significant growth since its foundation through a mix of organic expansion and acquisition. We completed a second management buyout deal in March 2018, allowing us to become a standalone business with private equity backing from a consortium led by Centerbridge Partners. We believe that our people make us different. We challenge the prevailing wisdom, we ask the difficult questions and we are proud to offer an independent view of risk.
