CannAcubed’s wholly-owned Holdings include the parent company in Singapore, a 100% Foreign owned entity in China - ‘Guangzhou CannAcubed Biotechnology Co., Ltd (registered capital of US$100 million), a 100% Foreign owned entity in Hong Kong - ‘HK CannAcubed Biotech Limited’, an R&D special purpose vehicle in Singapore - ‘CannAcubed Labs Pte Ltd’ and a research hub in Australia ‘CannAcubed (Australia) Pty Ltd’.

CannAcubed brings together professional management teams from China, Israel, Australia, Singapore, the United States, Hong Kong, Thailand and other parts of the world. The team includes scientists from many fields, such as industrial hemp seed germ-plasm, industrial hemp cultivation, plant & raw material extraction, plant stem cell research, and operation & management teams with mainstream marketing channels throughout North America & Europe.
