California NORML

Founded in 1972, California NORML is a non-profit, membership organization dedicated to reforming California’s marijuana laws. We are the only state organization advocating for sensible and fair cannabis laws and regulations on behalf of consumers. We lobby lawmakers, promote events, publish newsletters, offer legal and consumer health advice, and sponsor scientific research. We publish a quarterly newsletter with the latest information on California legislation and the next steps being taken towards cannabis reform. Our website offers information every California cannabis user should have, including state and local cultivation and possession guidelines, educational and consumer health advice, a legal referral guide and much more! We actively lobby lawmakers across the State, organize marijuana reform events and sponsor scientific research.
