Creative thinking is horrendously undervalued. We create an environment where we can fearlessly take risks and pursue new ideas.   We roll up our sleeves and get our hands good and dirty. We were born curious with a desire for deeper understanding through exploration and experience, to gain knowledge about the world and the experiences of others.   Character is evident through our actions. We have integrity. We perform under pressure. No teammate is left behind: We are loyal to the causes we work on, as well as to our colleagues, our clients and ourselves.   Rather than building a transactional workplace, we work on passion for the movement that matter to us and hold our attention. This is why we primarily work locally, allowing us to develop meaningful relationships with our retailer and ambassadors.
