Our founder, Keith Miller, started working in the processing industry in 2001. He learned first-hand that many card processors were not interested in the client’s experience. Most processors were more concerned with making a sale than quality service. Also, people with a sales mentality never stuck around with clients to develop relationships and get to the core of what their clients’ businesses need.
