Grass Guides at any of our Electric Lettuce locations are key in helping us continue to deliver a nostalgic and compassionate cannabis experience. We are looking for folks who are passionate about cannabis education and want to help us move the dial forward on building an inclusive, fun cannabis culture.
To be successful in this role, you'll want to bring a wealth of customer experience to the table and either a passion for, or genuine curiosity about cannabis. This is a particularly nuanced industry so we specifically look for Grass Guides that can navigate the in's and out's of partnering with our customers to support them in landing on the best products for their needs.
Even with the chill vibe, we want to make sure customers are getting exactly what they need. This means we expect Grass Guides to be punctual, reliable, and work to communicate effectively with their managers and colleagues.
