2020 is already gearing up to be a pivotal year for the cannabis industry in North America. The eighth installment of the Institutional Capital & Cannabis Conference (IC3) will return to California; a key state in the evolution of the legal cannabis industry which is tweaking their frameworks for regulation, enforcement and taxation, while working to overcome some supply-side challenges associated with production and distribution.
